Ingredients

Grain- Rice, quinoa, barley, pasta, etc.

Leafy green- Spinach, kale, arugula, romaine, etc.

Vegetables- Onions, tomatoes, squash, asparagus, mushrooms, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.

Beans- Black, kidney, pinto, chickpeas, white, etc.

Protein- Tofu or tempeh, etc.

Sauce- Cashew cheese, balsamic, white bean dressing, hummus, hot sauce, etc.

Directions

  1. Cook all ingredients and assemble bowl with your favorite ingredients.
  2. Top with favorite sauce.
