Ingredients

4 large portabella mushrooms

1 avocado

1 tbsp fresh lime juices

plash of watergarlic salt

2 tomatoes

1 small yellow onion

balsamic vinegar

fresh cilantro

Directions

Preheat: 400

Instructions: Take the avocado, lime juice and water and place them into a blender or small ninja. Blend until creamy, add garlic salt to taste and place blended mix into a small bowl. Then chop the onion and tomato and mix into the avocado mix. Top the mushrooms with a small amount of balsamic vinegar then spread the avocado mix evenly across all 4 mushrooms. Bake for about 20 mins; when done let them sit to cool and top them with fresh cilantro. Boom, done!
