Ingredients

1 cup Nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans)

2 cups Dates

1 tbsp. Almond Milk (dairy-free milk)

2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder

1 tbsp.Nut Butter (almond, peanut, cashew)

1 tsp. Vanilla

½ tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Toppings:

Coconut Flakes

Almond Butter Drizzle (melted)

Cocoa powder

Directions

1. Blend dates and almonds together to form dough.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until everything is mixed together well.

3. Scoop out 1 tbsp. of date mixture and roll into balls. Roll in cocoa powder or coconut flakes.

4. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
