Ingredients

3 cups corn flakes ( you can find a vegan brand at whole foods)

3/4 cup flour

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp nutritional yeast (optional)

1/4 cup soy milk (unsweetened)

1 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 block extra firm tofu, drained and diced

Directions

Place corn flakes into a ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin or your hands.

Mix the flour and spices.

Mix the milk and chili sauce.

Dip each piece of tofu in the flour then the milk then the corn flakes.

Bake on a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes or until brown and crispy.
