Ingredients

Cashew Cheese:

2 cups Raw Cashews [soaked for 2-4 hours] 

4 Tbsp Lemon Juice 

1 cup Nutritional Yeast

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 tsp Garlic Salt

1 tsp black Pepper

1 tsp cayenne

(add a dash of cumin and chili powder for a Mexican flavored cheese sauce)

Chili:

2 cans Any Beans or Lentils you prefer (or both!)

1 28oz can diced Tomatoes 

2 medium carrots

1/2 Medium Yellow Onion (diced)

2 Tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp Salt 

2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp Olive oil 

3 Tbsp Chili Powder 

2 Tbsp Cumin 

2 Tbsp Oregano 

2 tsp smoked paprika

 Baked Fries:

Any Potatoes you prefer cut into fries

1 tbsp Olive Oil  

2 tsp Garlic Salt 

2 tsp black Pepper

2 tsp Oregano

Directions

Cheese:

Blend all ingredients together. As needed, add Water or Almond Milk to thin it out into the perfect creamy cheese sauce.

Chili:

Saute onions, carrots, garlic, and oil. Add tomatoes and spices. Add beans and cook on simmer for 15 minutes.

Fries:

Bake at 400 for 30-45 min or until brown and soft.
