Ingredients

1 can Black beans

1 Tomato

1 Red Onion

1/2 cup Spinach

2 Carrots

1 tbsp Mustard

1 tbsp Ketchup

2 cups Oats

2 tsp Cumin

2 tsp Garlic

2 tsp Black Pepper

2 tsp Oregano

Directions

Preheat: 400

Instructions:Take all of the ingredients besides the oats and throw them in a blender. Blend until creamy (you can leave chunks of onion or carrot if you would like.) Once mixture is blended, pour into a separate bowl and add the oats a little at a time. If it still looks creamy even with the oats mixed in, add more! Take a spoon and create patties to place on a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. This recipe should make about 10 patties. Bake for 15-20 min, then place your favorite burger toppings on the patty and enjoy
