Ingredients

1 cup flour

1 cup milk (non-dairy)

1 flax egg (1 tbsp. flax meal + 3 tbsp. warm water)

Directions

Sift flour into a bowl. Add in milk and flax egg.

Heat a pan and add 1 ladle of batter to the pan. Turn pan so bater fill the entire bottom of the pan.

Wait until batter is dry and flip crepe.

Once done add your favorite fruit, cinnamon, and date syrup!

Serve warm.
