These 1-hour sessions can be used for a one-on-one or semi-private workout designed by an expert trainer or as an individualized cooking lesson with our certified chef. Each workout session is designed to be efficient and effective to help you reach your fitness goal. When you take your personalized cooking session, you will learn how to incorporate healthy cooking into your life in a non-intimidating environment.
